This lecture will give a complete Ayurvedic perspective on Autism and ADHD. We will discuss probable causative factors (Hetu) according to Ayurveda and personalized diagnosis method based on Dosha (Nidana), management plans for ADHD and Autism both with diet plans, massage routines with specific Ayurvedic oils and effective herbal formulae.
About Autism: specifically, patients afflicted with autism have demonstrated significant improvements through a series of Ayurvedic therapies including abhyanga & marma massage with specific Ayurvedic oils, also some food elimination, sensitivity testing, herbal supplementation, yoga and social normalization. As a cure for autism has yet to be determined, management of the condition using Ayurvedic practices has demonstrated to be effective in supporting autistic patients in becoming functional in managing various symptoms of this condition.
Please note that basic understanding of Ayurveda is required as the Ayurveda terminology and clinical terms will be used in the discussion.
Introduction about Lecturer:
Naveen Kumar Gupta, a well qualified Ayurveda Doctor and Professor from India having a vast experience in using Ayurveda Herbalism in India, Europe and around the globe shall explain in detail the health benefits of Principal Ayurveda Herbs using the ancient system of Ayurveda.
Voorwaarde voor deelname: Lezing bedoeld voor artsen, therapeuten, diëtisten, medisch en paramedisch personeel. Basiskennis Ayurveda gewenst.
